I am a Certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, Performance Enhancement Specialist, Team & Leadership Coach, and Hypnotherapist, with additional qualifications as a PGCE Intermediate Phase Teacher and a BA Drama graduate. I am also the founder and former Principal of Ambleside Ballito Primary School, where I built an educational environment focused on confidence, resilience, and holistic learning.

My work with children, adults, families, and teams integrates NLP techniques, behavioural analysis, trauma-informed strategies, and practical coaching tools — designed to break limiting beliefs, overcome anxiety, and empower you to step fully into your potential.

Having navigated profound personal loss — from growing up in an abusive home, to losing both parents young, to facing the sudden death of my husband while raising two children — I understand that resilience is not just “bouncing back.” It’s about becoming stronger, wiser, and more purposeful because of what you’ve endured.
